Calm down. Floyd aint lose to no Marcos Maidana only a hater would say that.

Now the IV and Castillio lost i have no problem with. I had Castillio winning but it was hella close.

Reason i have no problem with Canelo getting the W in the 2nd fight

I like all these guys, and try to be as unbiased as possible with my opinions btw

Defended it against Floyd and lost 11-1 in rounds. Even Chino Maidana did way better than him few months after that.

Came back to fight Angulo at 154, but couldn't make weight, so he had to pay Angulo and move the fight to 155.

From that moment, he spent two years fighting at 155. When he beat Miguel Cotto for the 160 MW belt, he chose to fight chinny welterweight Amir Khan, despite having the Golovkin fight ready for him. Amir Khan was no late replacement, he was chosen as voluntary defense, and he signed a document that he would fight Golovkin afterwards.

Right after the Amir Khan fight, he invites Golovkin to the ring, and tells him that he would put on the gloves right at that moment and fight him... that mexicans don't mess around. While fans insist that he should fight Golovkin, he proceeds to vacate the WBC 160 belt, and states that he is in fact a junior middleweight and won't fight at 160. He announces that he will fight for the 154 WBO title against Liam Smith.

Few weeks after the camp starts, he states on an interview that he's having issues with the weight, and that his ideal weight is 160. Contradicting what he had said the previous month.

At the same time, it is announced that his fight against Liam Smith will no longer have Vada testing. Only comission testing.

Alvarez is able to make weight after getting on the scales naked, and proceeds to KO the Englishman to conquer the 154 world title. He says in the post fight interview, that his team made an offer to Golovkin. Oscar de la hoya insists that Golovkin should accept a flat fee of 10 millions. After some media backlash, the next week ODLH says that the offer is actually for 15 millions. No one believes him ****.

Canelo then announces that he's moving up, and people get excited thinking that he will finally fight Golovkin. But he proceeds to fight Chavez jr at a 164.5 catchweight.

After beating Chavez jr, he announces the Golovkin fight. They gave Golovkin a split of about 30/70, which is what most people thought was reasonable since the first time. At this point Gomez (vicepresident of GBP) states that the fight was finally made because last year (2016) Canelo was not ready yet for Golovkin.

The fight happens and most fans, boxers, and media think Golovkin won a clear UD.

The rematch is signed and has to be cancelled because Canelo tests positive for Clenbuterol and is suspended for six months.

After the rematch happens, Canelo denies Golovkin of a trilogy stating that he doesn't want to fight him again.

That's all folks. I hope you guys remember these facts too.
stuff we all already knew, but well done on taking the time to write it out clearly. green K.

        Your a JOKE
Lol....bro look at the emotion in your posts, and then the lack of emotion in mine...seems like you're way more invested emotionally in all this than I am.

All I really care about in boxing is that fights are fair, and that the best man wins...and 95% of the time, I think there is only one winner, for the record.

The stuff you mention there is irrelevant btw...all that matters is Kov and Canelo signed to fight at 175...Canelo and co. wanted to add the second day 10 pound weigh in, when they had no need to do so.

You can spin that any way you want, I don't really care man lol...like you don't have to try and make everything that has to do with your faves into something positive man lol...sometimes your guy loses/does something bad...it happens.

It's not the same as 'draining him' down to 172 or whatever...but it is still basically a form of draining.

That of course is only if Kov would have weighed over 185 at that weigh in...there seemed to be some disagreement over that...I personally find it hard to believe he would be under 185 but maybe I'm wrong...been wrong before.

does the ibf drains all of his fighters then?
I already answered that...why are you asking me again?

Yes the IBF would in essence be draining those fighters, if they would ordinarily have rehydrated above the 10 pound limit.

It's irrelevant though - the IBF is a sanctioning org...they can make up their own rules and fighters can choose to abide by them if they want that belt.

You are basically saying that you are cool with Canelo being his own sanctioning organization and that he should be able to dictate terms to his opponent.

I mean he's the A-side...those are the breaks you get when you're the A-side...but let's not pretend like it isn't shady...I mean come on, this isn't really anything to defend on your side bro.

You'd have to ask him about that.

Side note that would be applicable here - I don't fully respect McGregor as a fighter because he has sh.it stamina...that is a cardinal sin for fighters imo.

But one reason I respect McGregor is that he at least fights guys fair as the A-side...he didn't really bit.ch about anything with Floyd and fought him pretty fair as well.

And with Diaz he was fair on weight, and is being fair with Cerrone now as well...and was fair with Khabib...he didn't try and wait Khabib out and get him at a catchweight.

Big time A-sides like Floyd and Canelo can get a lot of fame and money and also some good respect...but it's hard for them imo to really get the full legacy credits because they are always able to shade things in their favor, so they never really are in true 50/50 pick em type fights.

I'm not a degenerate or a gambler, so no thank you.

I don't really care what a few judges say about a fight...I bet you are going to say that judge who scored it for Hart over Smith was on the up and up too.

Judging in boxing is terribly corrupt, and Canelo fights are prime examples of that.

Name 6 rounds he won in either fight...he fought well both fights but 4 rounds in each fight is what he deserved really.

Easy but why bother??? You don't know how to score a fight for sht if you only GIFTED Canelo 4 rounds both fights. You Byrd'd the other way.

Quit wasting my time your a fkn IDIOT! I don't waste time with dumb@ss like you who CLAIM ALL boxers are "ducking" If they don't fight someone when YOU want, Where you want, HOW you want, at SPECIFIC weight YOU want.

And when a GROWN man won't back his opinion up the're just another fool with a MOUTH! Unlike you I back my talk up with $$$ so if I'm WRONG it's gonna make me think TWICE and not pop off at the mouth like you... For me being WRONG has CONSEQUENCES. For you being wrong has EXCUSES

You sound unhinged man...maybe you're having a bad day...and you're getting your responses mixed up it seems.

Yeah if GGG fought Canelo's fight, and vice versa, I would say Canelo won both 8-4, easy wins, no real debate.

In that scenario, you would say Canelo won 10-2 in each fight...you are not a serious analyst at all...but that's cool, the world needs fans too so keep rooting on your faves.
