Unless Gamboa is ready for a long self-inflicted exile from boxing to cover up the lies.
No matter what the story is, Davis looks terrible either way. Dude struggled the entire time.

I saw early on that gamboa was injured. In his corner he said he couldn't move something is wrong. The announcers were all acting like he was looking for a way out. No one noticed how he was fighting differently to compensate for the pain he was in. He went out and fought and did a great job at hiding his pain. He couldnt get any leverage behind his punches after that. Your achilles affects every movement u make. How many fighters, let alone regular folks, would have fought on with a full tesr and retraction of their achilles tendon? NOT MANY AT ALL

Tank, for some reason, was significantly distracted and acting strange that whole fight. They need to figure out what the hell was going on with him before he gets seriously hurt.
He underestimated gamboa and spent his whole camp cutting weight and barely made it . Iam sick of hearing the analogy but he is taking the broner path by the looks of it .....eat your way out of your prime weight , keep yourself distracted with women , alchohol , parties , and travelling . And also with legal troubles . Floyd could fix this if he out the work in with tank , but he doesnt seem interested . It's a shame really . If gervontae cant get his personal life in line we are headed for another " what if " phenomenon . What if tank could stay disciplined and keep his weight in check between bouts , what if tank had a differnt team around him , what if tank came up in a differnt era ?? What if ........cmon tank , take control of your life .

Would Gamboa sideline himself for a year on a fake injury? Maybe he'll find the Pacman cure, saltwater.

            Let's see how it unfolds?

Just face it, tank is not a great boxer, as simple as that.

His power is also diminished at 135. Throw him in with that young Japanese fighter that walked through Lopez's best shots and Davis would have the fight of his life.
