Hatton is a far more dangerous fighter than Gatti though. Hatton will wear Mayweather down. Hatton got tagged a lot of times by Tszyu when they fought and walked through them all. He would catch up with Mayweather and KO him.

Oh you are right I was not comparing Hatton and Gatti as fighters... only that they both have the idea that they can corner Floyd. And similarly I don't think Koz and Floyd are similar. Koz was not the technician that Floyd is and I think Hatton struggles with superior boxers. He definitely can lean on Floyd and try to get the fight on the inside, but Floyd has faster hands and can probably win some exchanges on the inside then move away. I do agree with somebody else's post that the ref will make a difference in this fight depending on how they handle Hatton's holding.

I think that PBF will be able to fight his fight and if this is at 147 then Hatton really has a even lesser chance. If PBF wasn't versatile in the different ways he can fight as well as being the smartest active fighter then Hatton would have a better chance. Meaning he's to smart to fight Hatton's fight and even if Hatton had early success like judah , PBF would make the proper adjustments IMO.

In what way? Floyd has better defense and movement for sure. Koz probably has him in punching power and Koz has a better jab but I give Floyd the edge in speed at 140.

I don't know... in the 1st Mitchell fight it seemed Koz was having some trouble with Mitchell's techinical skills. Mayweather is a better technician than Mitchell. I mean I can see your point if we're talking prime Koz, but Hatton beat an older faded version. That version could be outboxed by Floyd in my opinion.

Hatton is the underdog in this match but who knows, this is exactly what Maywether needs, a brawler not a boxer, it would be hell of a match... Hatton IMO is the only one that has a chance of stopping Floyd...

I was reading quotes a couple months ago by Jeff Mayweather (Floyd's uncle who fought pro) and even Jeff agree'd that it would be a 50/50 fight, and that says alot considering it is a Floyd relative saying that. If you guys saw Forrest - Tszyu in the amateurs you would know what I am talking about. NO ONE is outboxing prime Tszyu at 140.

if hatton has seen how good floyds footwork is do you not think he would work on being able to corner such a fast boxer? thats more likely that hatton just saying "wow he has good footwork! ok screw that im not going to fight him because of it"

don't you think every other pressure fighter that fought floyd thought the same way? didn't seem to pay off for them.
