Doesn’t matter what pac is continuing to do, him and canelo both lost to Mayweather in the decade along with pac losing to Bradley, Marquez by brutal ko and horn.... even if you think he won the Bradley and horn fight it’s losses on his record

It's naive to say nothing Nell and pac can do to overcome loss to floyd, that doesn't make sense and only Floyd fans have ever had audacity to come out with blanket statements like that!

How many less fights has Floyd had than his peers, how less has he risked his life compared to his peers? Fighting almost 60% less than your peers and going AWOL for 5 years your denying public chance to see you lose, which makes flouds case being Fotd void. Considering you put so much in losses!

Pac has some good wins in the 2010s, legitimate or not...Bradley 2x, Marquez, Thurman, Clottey, Vargas...I think those standout.

Wins I don’t think much of...Algieri, Broner, Rios, Margarito, Matthysse, Mosley.

Mayweather had Mosley, Cotto, Canelo, Maidana 2x, Pacquiao, Guerrero.

Wins that don’t stand out are McGregor, Ortiz and Berto.

I think it’s important to note that Mayweather beat the two other choices running for FOTD (Pacquiao and Canelo).

He retired on top undefeated with pac and canelo having the chance to give him and lost and didn’t... he got out of the sport when he felt it was time just because you like seeing old guys get beat on or in your case you upset you haven’t saw Floyd lose yet doesn’t mean rest of us want to. Facts are pac had a chance to beat Floyd put up a stinker and used a shoulder excuse for reason why. If Floyd continued to fight all you guys would complain about is him coasting to boring unanimous decisions

Floyd was a law upon himself, did what he wanted, very much like the decade before when he missed out.
But his behaviour wasn't of someone who seriously thought he was a contender for Fotd, especially with hindsight of how he missed out before. Wasn't pulling out all the stop, and not going above call of duty is an.understatement

Floyd retired in 2015 though. That’s the only problem i have with him winning the award. It’s fighter of the decade not fighter of half the decade. Same way he didn’t win last time because he retired 2 years into the decade.. how much more now that he missed even more

I kinda agree with you. Pac was hot in the early 2010s. He has taken some Ls...but he remained a high end fighter over the last 3 years be it his wins were vs semi-retired Thurman and boxings can't get right Broner.

You could argue for Mayweather based on his win over Manny and massive impact on the financials of boxing. You could also argue for Ward who cleaned out SMW and became undisputed LHW.
