So if Spence doesn't fight Pacquiao next, he's ducking Crawford.

Basically. That's his excuse for not fighting Crawford next.

unless he claims he needs a tune up after his car accident, which I suppose would be reasonable enough.

I understand but he said he doesn't need any type of tune up and would be fighting in 6 months. He will have plenty of time to recover. It's not like he had a broken arm or anything.

If Crawford really wants to fight Spence he needs to have Arum offer Spence more money to fight him than Spence could make fighting any other opponent. If team Crawford don't make Spence a really good money offer to fight him then Spence is not ducking Crawford. So far all I have heard from Crawford is insulting media call outs with not one dime being offered to Spence to fight him. Spence is a champion prize fighter who fights for big money and his goal is to make maximum dollars just as that is the goal of Crawford and every other prize fighter. Spence wants to make the most possible money for himself not for Crawford. If he makes more money for fighting someone else besides Crawford he is not ducking Crawford. Only when Crawford offers him more money than he can make with anyone else and Spence turns it down is Spence guilty of ducking Crawford. So far no money offer from Crawford but only big talk.

For what? Nelo beat him TWICE. There is NO NEED for a 3rd. I want to see Nelo fight Jermall & Boo Boo.
