He got financial help from the Porters in the amateurs and lived with the Bradley family for almost a year, so I can see why he didn't/ doesn't want to take those fights, but make no mistake he beats Porter up just like Diaz and Horn if he goes full out and changes gears on Porter. Bum rushing into Bud counters will only wear you down and get you beaten up in the 2nd half of the fight. The only issue with a Porter fight is, I could see Crawford taking his foot off the gas. I'd prefer Danny Garcia b/c of the Angel Factor. He will put unGodly punishment on Danny b/c of Angel's mouth, and the Garcias know it. Keef Thurman down in Maple Syrup FL doesn't even matter anymore.

What I’m worried about. He might take it easy on Porter. Crawford performs best on a cruel temperament. Likes to embarrass and punish opponents.
