Except that's not true AJ and Hearn had moved on to 60/40 splits to get it in Wembley. Wilder said he wasn't interested so they're begging. Wilder wasn't available so neither was the offer. Nice try though.

Wilders only mentioned how he's now going his own way doing his own thing without AJ since he don't need him. No one is taking your word instead.

The context of Joshua's statement was that Wilder's side was saying the fight would generate 100 million in the US (as opposed to the 50-60 million Joshua's side was saying it would generate in the UK). Joshua's side didn't believe the fight could really do 100 million in the US. So Joshua said that if Wilder's side is saying it's a 100 million dollar fight (in the US), give me 50 million and I'll take the fight.

Schaefer had absolutely nothing to do with Wilder or Wilder's team and nobody in their right mind thought the fight could do 100 million in the UK. UK fight means no US PPV and no US PPV means no 100 million.
Whilst Schaeffer has nothing to do with Wilder, he was asked and as he's an EH hater and a pbc guy..HE specifically came up with the $100m figure.

Nobody at that stage was talking about that fight going to the US. If you have any article/video to back this up please go ahead...but i certainly didnt see anything of that sort.

        Here's the Schaeffer interview

the emphasis here was on EDDIE HEARN MAKING THE OFFER
hence the context was linked to the proposed Wembley fight all of this was in reference to the $12.5m offer which we know was for a fight in the UK.

Joshua had even said he wants the undisputed fight in the UK and 'we owe it to the british public'.

ok this here was the origin of the $100m projection
This guy was talking about the offer from AJ, the proposed wembley fight.
in no context did anyone suggest $100m for the fight to take place in the US.
AJ was/is still A side..and we've since learnt that wilder couldnt even sell out at the Staples centre nor did wilder-fury do any big numbers despite doing a huge press tour.

it's amazing...the guy was on $1m, got offered $5m for whyte, turned it down and got $2.1m vs ortiz..and that was only due to the whyte offer. then got offered $12.5m and claimed it was an insult, only to earn $5-8m vs fury. Each time wilder has insisted fury and ortiz are better than aj too. So basically Wilder needs AJ to make the money..he cant do that type of money vs anyone else.

AJ got dissed for turning down $50m, yet went on to literally earn $200m+ vs ruiz in 2 fights.

You're not making any sense. 50 million was on the table. Joshua turned it down and took other fights. 50 million remained on the table. Of course Wilder is going to take other fights while Joshua continues to say no. Wilder's side isn't willing to pay 50 million NOW, but at every point, until Joshua lost, they were willing to pay 50 million.

Wilder-Ortiz II wasn't officially announced until September 28, 2019. Several months after Joshua lost to Ruiz.

What is your point? That a heavyweight has been rocked a few times? The thread is about Wilder supposedly ducking " the record setting unified champ" who was knocked cold by Joey Dawejko and dropped four times against Ruiz. Joshua can withstand Wilder's right hand? Have another irish whiskey or whatever the fu.k you drink. Typical response from a delusional brit!

I'm not trying to be a **** here, but you literally just posted a link where the INTERVIEWER brought up the $100m figure and you're claiming it was SCHAEFER who brought it up. You clearly didn't watch the video. Your own video proves you wrong.

all that money cant buy back the embarrassment of getting beaten down by andy ruiz....and then having to run from him for 12 rounds

wilder agreed to fight whyte...he told hearn hed gladly fight whyte if he made AJ next....hearn DECLINED

wilder made more money last year than any fighter on the planet not named canelo, mcgregor or joshua......yeah more than golovkin or pac.....not bad for a guy nobody knows or cares for right?

you fgts keep acting like AJ has done something or is something special to be earning that money....if wilder were born in the UK hed be AJ...if AJ were born in america hed be wilder....

wilder has fought 26 rounds with top 5 HWs in fury and ortiz...hed put them down 6x.....AJ just ran for 12 rounds from a 6ft tub of country crock to RECLAIM his belts..lol
