I never put Prograis on a pedestal like others did. I never believed he was special and Taylor fight just confirmed my belief.

Far as I'm concerned any dude who can make it to the top few places in any division and unify deserves a whole lotta praise but I get it's the done thing around here to discredit the achievements of guys you ain't so keen on.

Meh. I think he's done pretty damn well, but he's clearly not one of those elite kinda guys who's head and shoulders above, even if he is able to get past Ramirez. Not sure I'd rate the Hooker win so high though, Mo made a fan of me by coming to Manchester to beat Turbo Terry but I was saying even back then that I thought he had no hope against Taylor or Regis.

Anyways, as with most things in this sport only time will tell... or won't.

One of my favorite fighters in the sport. Skilled, talented, intelligent, but also has the grit to **** if he needs to. The Prograis fight could have gone either way, but Taylor showed some serious heart in that bout.

He's really good. Beat Prograis 115-113 on my scorecard and was the more skilled and versatile fighter. His style should suit him well against Ramirez if those two were to fight this year.

No clue how he does at 147 but he would be another quality addition to the divison.

The guy just hasn’t shown enough to make me rate him highly as a boxer. Prograis should have won the fight easily if he hadn’t been more in showboating than letting his hands go. And he gassed out in the middle rounds.

Also, JT takes too much beating for him to last long in the sport. He’s always open for a big shot and would get brutally sparked once he’s in the ring with anyone who can ****. Prograis who isn’t known for his power almost blinded his eye, imagine what Lopez, Loma, Haney and even Commey would do to him if they were to move up.

I’ll rank Ramirez as 1 because I don’t think JT’s style can beat a Mexican. Ramirez is gonna left hook him to death. People need to stop blowing smoke up his arse.
