What IF Kovalev had said, “I want Canelo, I dare him to fight me.” And Canelo didn’t.

like I asked you... other than Mayweather, who did look good against Canelo?

Golovkin... ? ... coz yea, he could not get his game going in either of those fights
kovalev was damaged goods going in...it's just the honest truth. do you think kovalev looked good, or fought particularly well? again, he was a lhw fighting a mw. I give canelo credit cuz he went up to lhw to make the fight, but I doubt he would have done so vs the version of kovalev ward fought.

no, that is a convenient over-statement... designed to assist with your Canelo-bashing

      the accurate facts are...

      * Kovalev is at the back-end of his career
      * Canelo's last 5 opponents were ALL gun shy
      * nobody has looked good against Canelo other than Mayweather
      * the short turn-around may not have helped... although, guys used to fight every second month all the time, if not every month... which is why some had 200+ fights

but yea, keep whining... if you need to

you still haven't answered what you thought of kovalev's performance or how he looked physically...just rambling in generalities. which of canelo's last 5 opponents were lhw punchers? I don't hate canelo at all, but it's obvious he chose to fight kovalev at the right time, and the fight itself is all the evidence we need to look at. do you believe canelo would have fought the version of kovalev ward fought?

Looked physically? How about Fat Toney or Andy Ruiz. Oh that’s right Kovalev was still too top in physique after Yarde because of the consistency of another camp in shape.

You do realize in theory that for another close camp Kovalev would’ve ideally lost weight for being more in shape than longer layoffs, so even rehydrating on better physique isn’t as hard like typical distant two fights a year.

There’s plenty of footage of Canelo countering Kovalev’s best shots. I thought you knew the sweet science

I answered PERFECTLY... with ALL the facts !

            no idea

but again, lets deal with the accurate facts...

            1) you guys insisted that Canelo will never fight Golovkin
            2) you guys said... if he does ever fight GGG, Canelo will get KTFO
            3) you guys insisted that Canelo will never rematch Golovkin
            4) you guys said... if a rematch happens, Canelo will jump on his bike
            5) when Kovalev was first mentioned... you guys scoffed, and said that talk was rubbish... you said... Canelo would never have the balls to fight Kovalev, or any other light-heavyweight for that matter

that is exactly what happened, I remember very clearly

considering your guys SHlTTY history regarding Canelo predictions... and considering the silly excuses that you churn out for Pac/GGG/AJ/whoever... I will not be taking advice ON ANYTHING from you Golovkin excuse-makers

put it this way... Canelo and Golovkin are taking completely different paths when it comes to career choices, and appear to be cut from a completely different cloth

lets wait and see man... there is no point in you unnecessarily putting your neck on the chopping block, AGAIN... especially not with Canelo in the 'legacy' stage of his career

you guys sold Canelo WAY short... no idea who he will fight in future... but, you should stop now LMAO

and no, Canelo is not my favorite fighter... or even close

Yea, back to back camps and being concussed in a long gruelling fight in between is great for a 37 year old. Kovalev took the cash grab and paid the price.

its strange how floyd fans are now the biggest canelo fans after their fake PED crusade. canelo fights old guys for his legacy fights. you just have to deal with that. its the same floyd playbook. doesnt mean they suck because they dont but with roiding and getting the a-side treatment its hard to beat him that way.

If you don’t want to give your personal assessment of kovalev’s performance, that’s fine...you know he looked terrible, which is why you won’t say.

As for your other drivel...I never said ggg would ko canelo, I picked canelo to beat ggg both times. I didn’t say canelo “wouldn’t have the balls” to face kovalev lol. I called it a cash grab for kovalev and you cried about it. Get your narratives in order old man.

I think... NO SUCH THING !!

he did not look more terrible than Jacobs, Golovkin, and Chavez

he was right in that fight, against a superbly well-rounded opponent who is very sharp and very punishing

                    this is what I saw...

Kovalev looked half dead in there...he was a shell of himself and was not reacting well to punches. You know this, which is why you’re being vague.

Lol I’m not even sure how to dig up posts from years ago...but it’s no surprise you would conveniently forget that I picked canelo. I also picked ward to beat kovalev. You’re like a broken record...you assign the same dumb narrative to people so you can argue against it lol. Essentially your just arguing with yourself.
