Lol Good points. I don’t follow the ESPN rankings that closely, nor do I remember them when I do, but the Cotto thing rings a bell. Davis may well deserve to be number five now, but that Gamboa fight sure isn’t responsible for it. We don’t know an athlete’s limit until he hits it. Who’s to say 130 isn’t Tank’s best weight? We’ll only know after he’s been tested, and that hasn’t happened yet.

Pedraza must not have liked 135 either. He immediately moved upward after the Lomachenko fight.

Was Castellanos a world champion moving up in weight?

That seems about right. There are more established guys at the weight class who would probably be favored over him. I think he can hold his own with most of them it is just a matter of getting in the ring with them.

Jose shouldn't be infront of Davis

Exactly. Does he have top 5 talent? Imo yes. But I just feel he needs a top 10 win before putting him in the top 10.

why not he still has a better resume at 135. if salido was still an active fighter and fighting at 135 he should be above loma?

I have no problem with it although I would probably rank him ninth or tenth.
