Arum is notorious for talking about non existent investors in the Middle East. Also remember he once said ‘yesterday I was lying, today I am telling the truth.’ Just take his statements with a pinch of salt.

I go to a lot of fights...

      Boxing needs to be accessible.

NYC makes perfect sense for this fight.

With the range on this PPV being humble numbers despite the hardcore hype for this one I suspect Saudi Arabia could give a not insane number & stang this fight.

I agree, Vegas fights and Vegas prices are not accessible to me.

Saudi or Vegas, I ain't going.

Hahaha! I can respect that as I am getting older myself. For me nothing quite like an 8pm or 9pm start to the televised card. Puts me in bed right around midnight.

I damn near ruined my Sunday trying to stay up for that garbage 1am start time to Canelo/Kovalev.

I'm pretty sure Prograis is with DAZN.

He's a network free agent. He is promoted by DiBella. He already fought on ESPN the fight before he entered the WBSS tournament.

If ESPN allows this fight to go to Saudi Arabia then they really don't give a flying **** about boxing. Top Rank having to take their biggest fight to Saudi Arabia isn't a good look.
