AJ will keep on milking those belts. Warren knows Hearn didn't go through all that trouble, just to give them away. That would be ******, even in my opinion. Make hay while the sun shines.

Warren is an ass, point blank. He is not even worthy of an article to be honest. Warren would love nothing more than AJ to lose those belts so Fury could come and scoop one or two of them back up against an easy opponent. And AJ has "waited" long enough for Wilder and Fury. Wilder fighting for ten times less than what Hearn offered and Fury being overpaid to fight bums.Comment

Well if he sat idle & waited there would have to be substantial step aside money paid to Usyk which I think he would take being a Hearn fighter. The IBF would undoubtedly strip AJ but that would leave at least 2 possibly 3 world titles on the line for AJ vs Wilder/Fury winner. If AJ were to lose again before getting the winner it could really devalue the potential earnings for everyone involved. There is no doubt that whoever is the IBF champion will be looking for his cashout check for all the marbles. Warren has been at it a long time & he is not talking foolishness here. The Ruiz fights have really made Joshua look vulnerable. His aura of superiority is gone. Even after his rematch win he still has a lot of doubters. Lennox left absolutely no doubt that the Rahman loss was a fluke because of overconfidence & a lack of training. He destroyed him in the rematch. Joshua still looked gun shy. He nickel & dimed himself to a victory over a fighter who was completely unprepared. In the shape Ruiz was in it should have been seek & destroy...Comment

Bring on the Matchroom posting interns! Never seen a weird devotion to a promoter like this. Not even at the height of Don King’s power in the 80s & 90s. Some crazy nationalism in it. Don’t get it. International sport. Fish eyes is rightComment

Note to Joshua : never listen to Frank Warren. Warren is going to be responsible for Dubois getting a big fight before he is ready. Warren will take the money and leave Dubois to rebuild (with a bigger profile now even if it was a loss) and take his extra percentage from that.
Joshau has to KO Wilder. Only chance he has. On the other hand Wilder is a bit over-rated now. If Breazeale can drive him back on wobbly legs then someone with more power could KO him. Wilder could lose that fight. Although I agree he is favourite.Comment

I don’t think Hearn and AJ know the meaning of step aside money when Deontay Wilders in the equation: see Povetkin, AlexanderComment

The top fight here is unquestionably Wilder v Fury 2 .They are two guys at the top of their game and master boxer v master KO artist .All the other guys have shown their limitations by losing apart from Usyk who looks good but is untested at Heavyweight and may not make the grade with theses enormous guys now in the division.Warren makes a reasonable amount of sense here as Joshua has shown a less than strong chin and could go at any time as Ruiz proved.
When the dust settles it will not be Joshua at the top of the pile but with all the money and manouvering by the promoters we will never have these guys fighting much against each other any way.
AJ proven too fragile and limited. AJ will continue to fight the oldest smallest weakest opponents he can get away with.Comment
