Ruptured tendon? What utter bollocks. Probably doesn’t even know what it means.

No idea if he ruptured a tendon specifically, but it was pretty obvious there was something very wrong with his lower leg after that knock down, I mean you would have to be blind to have not seen that.

Gamboa looked about as shot as any fighter I can recall, not letting his hands go, slow, all he had left was heart. Tank looked dreadful, no way to sugar coat it, if he was in there with a live dog I think he'd have his first L, hopefully this is a wake up call to him. Move up miss weight and put in a performance, this train might be off the tracks already.

Yeah, that's pretty much how I saw it as well. It's a shame because early in his career, I remember the aggression and energy he brought to fights. Last night, against an injured shopworn veteran, he looked listless, disinterested and out of shape....and that's after moving up in weight.

He does this everytime, just seems like a bad habit he can't rid himself of. I would go as far as to say this habit cost him his entire career.

Great fight, not sure how Gamboa fought that way with a ruptured Achilles. It really can effect the control you have over your foot. Not to mention he eventually seemed to get better after injury.

But Tank proved he has KO power at 135, can outbox a solid athletic boxer and can win a long grueling fight easily.

That Gamboa was no slouch even at 38. He wasn’t as busy but he was landing nice shots and knew how to clinch and survive as needed.

Good win for Tank. However the action itself was spectacular. What an action packed chess match.

The fight party I was at couldn’t take their eyes of the screen and the place erupted with KO. Everyone in there was asking about Davis.

The kid did great for himself tonight despite the weight drama.

Gamboa is full of ****. I have ruptured both of mine and you can't even walk let alone box for 12 rounds. Just look at some of the NBA and NFL players that have ruptured theirs. They had to be carted off the field.

Davis is on the way to becoming a sh** fighter version of Adrian Broner....I bet Floyd is pissed as hell today with Davis's performance....It'll be a long time before Davis fights anyone outside of cab drivers!
