Would I like him to fight Porter? Sure, but Mikey will do just fine.

Mikey, I guess is officially competing as a welterweight, but in no way is he a welterweight. Even at 135, he always looked like he was just a tad pudgy. The jump he took to take on Spence always seemed like a bridge too far.

History has shown us that Mikey is too small to compete at the welterweight division. He has a 126 lbs Featherweight frame. Bud Crawford would probably win by KO or stoppage.

Bud is a lot more technical than Spence. He will stop Mikey if they fight

I dont think anyone stops Mikey, he too skilled, if he gets in a situation where he close to being stopped he knows how to survive.

Any fighter that's skilled enough won't get stopped once they go into survival mode.

Think about Cotto..... Once he goes into survival mode it was hard finishing him, remember Cotto didn't get stopped Manny it was the ref basically cuz he was running for like 3 rounda str8

If Mikey can beat Vargas then he is capable of competing against Crawford. People just dont want to see him get ****ed up because deep down they know how much better a fighter Crawford is.
