When You operate on high level consistantly, you're going to lose - particulary at that stage, Floyd was still good but He was veteran, lost majority of his athlethic gifts.
I think Bradley, Brook, Danny Garcia could've beaten him on the night too circa 2014-2015.
Spence I'd definitely pick to beat Floyd up in 2015, so here's 1 definitive.

1 lapse in concentration - like early rounds with Maidana when He got cut and gave away few rounds, or him getting caught with old Mosley - if that happend with Thurman or Porter, imo He was going to lose.
..and He knew it could've happend, which is exactly why fighters are not trying to challange themsleves consistantly. Any smart person knows that things can play out in many ways when You compete on high level.
Which is why He was picking safer options, guys with no athlethic qualities or talent to really threaten him. Maidana, Berto, Guerrero, etc.

Anyone who thinks 40 years old Floyd was unbeatable imo is silly.

lol he beat Pac in 2015 and now 5 years later Thurman is losing to ancient Pac but Thurman was supposed to beat Floyd in 2015. Sure.

Floyd turns 43 in february. He hasnt fought routinely in 4+ years.

Why dont crawford fight someone with a pulse. Floyd is retired.

                    you are absolutely tripping son

NONE of those guys could beat Mayweather

NOBODY ever suggested Mayweather/Thurman, for the exact same reason why nobody ever suggested Mayweather/Bradley... because nobody thought those fights would be competitive

you are full-of-it... Mayweather beat everyone at welter, and he beat the best junior middleweight on the planet... he was the best fighter in 2 divisions

his win over Canelo was a masterclass... none of the fighters you mentioned could even beat Canelo, let alone Mayweather
