pity most of you pbc nuts dont say the same about wilder ducking Whyte.
crawford would beat porter, wilder would beat whyte...but it's the principle...knowing crawford/wilder have these dodgy records and yet claiming to be the Best in their divisions. I want to see crawford vs spence/porter/garcia/thurman too....and imo he beats them all.
he's not gone through adversity in the ring yet, he needs to, in order to really improve.
if crawford fights the way he did in his last, he gets beat by these guys..if he understands the risks and boxes smart, he outboxes them all with that freakish reach of his.

no idea why wilder ducked whyte let alone aj. He was offered $5m, demanded 8. then dazn came in..so he was offered 8..and said 'no, you didnt want to give it before'
he was offered $20m and a guarantee to fight AJ next (obv under the condition that aj remains champion), refused..then the whole brezeale mandatory came up and he was offered the $100m from dazn,r efused that too.

Crawford hasnt even refused a porter fight, we know crawford got in spence's face and challenged him. it's arguable that crawford just wants spence and the belts, prefferebly to fight spence, take the belts and force a manny pacquaio fight..rather than get stuck with porter, then garcia, then thurman etc. he knows pbc will **** him around and prevent the spence fight from happening for as long as possible.

It's just as I called it. Porter just doesn't bring enough titles, cards or leverage to the bargaining table for Crawford to be even remotely interested in fighting him. The bottom line is Bud wants to unify and possibly become the undisputed welterweight champion of the world someday.

So therefore, he won't be able to achieve that goal by fighting someone who is as high risk and is also coming to the table empty handed like Shawn Porter. Well at least now Timothy Bradley and Bud Crawford fans can no longer say that no one over at the PBC wants to fight Terence Crawford.

This was just a flat out refusal and rejection by Terence Crawford in turning down this PBC fight. Shawn and Kenny Porter was all prepared to take this fight and all they wanted was a phone call from Bud in order to confirm it but it never came.

So who is ducking whom? This is only going to further damage Crawford's credibility that he really wants to fight the stiffest challengers out there instead of the typical bums and tomato cans he is so accustomed to fighting.

i agree with your other post..
it makes zero sense for a non-pbc champion to give a free voluntary shot at a pbc guy who holds no belts.

we saw how ruiz behaved with his 'wee on da same teeem' bs

Wrong, he said "I am not thinking about that fight" = I don't want to fight him.

fair enough, but it doesn't mean he's ducking him. He probably wants to fight manny pacquaio in the middle east for big money..that's potentially 1 fight away. So maybe its why he was hanging with EH to make that fight a possibility. Eddie can broker that fight...so Crawford would fight the winner of mikey garciav vargas, setting him up for a big fight later in the yr.

personally, i feel Crawford should be demanding Spence or pacquaio and not have to go through a list of pbc guys under voluntary defences, that's unfair since if he loses, they'll do what ruiz did and just play every single trick possible to derail a rematch.
EH was able to pull the saudi move...that forced al haymon's hand (because haymon cant be pissing off a potential client like the saudis).

You do realize that Mikey's DAZN deal was for one fight only, right? And that fighting him would mean that Crawford is fighting the first of "...a list of pbc guys", right?

So I'll ask again. Why should that first be a guy that got blown out by Errol Spence 12-0 and not be the guy who damn near beat Spence?

It's because Crawford doesn't want to lose. Fair enough. But that's a duck.

You talk about Manny, let's be honest here. Crawford has just as much chance of losing to Manny as he does Porter if not a greater chance, but Manny would pay more. We call that a cash out. Fair enough. But that's a duck since Manny is not the one calling.

"No matter how...you...cut it, slice it or weigh it", Terence Crawford is ducking Shawn Porter.

And a bunch of ****** tweets calling out a guy fresh off a debilitating car crash where he almost ended up crippled, instead of answering the proper challenge in front of him, don't change his duck, in fact it makes it look even worse.
