Honestly, I find it hilarious to watch guys like you, hugh grant, spoon23, paswakyo, and what remains of the delusional, pole-smokin ,f-ckboy fringe manny fans try to isolate him as damaged and washed for that fight then try to tout his continued winning as some type of spiritual resurrection of once great deity. Even better, is to watch you guys try to make Canelo out to be some inexperienced, weak child that couldn't protect himself on the night he fought Floyd.

Everyone can't be the best. Someone has to be 2nd. In this case it's Manny. Just give Floyd the credit for beating Manny. Then Manny will get his for beating everyone else.

It can't be denied that Pacquiao had a distinct change as a fighter around that time caused by the JMM KO and age, not just one of those but both.

He had that ability to pull the trigger fearlessly, the way he would attack with blitzing combinations, take a step back, reset and go for it again. Rinse and repeat. That's the style that would have troubled Floyd the most, and what him and his old man feared the most.

By the 2010s though his boxing skills grew substantially along the way though, and after that disastrous 2012 he changed into a skilful boxer who relied on points winning strategies. That was not going to beat Mayweather not even in 2015.
