Any other time, I would probably agree with Sulaiman but the fact that the man he is defending has a long history of disgracing not only himself but his family's name, countrymen and the sport of boxing in general is both repugnant and disgusting.

In addition, to his blatant disregard for the integrity and rules of the sport by coming in five pounds over the weight limit and skipping drug tests; I'm sorry but he doesn't get any pity, sympathy or free passes from me.

Chavez jr was doing okay but we don't know his stamina would have been later in the fight, and the optics don't look good to fans, when you quit a second time in your career. When his legendary dad kinda didn't want to continue in the rematch against De La Hoya, we could accept that in a way, because sr had an incredible career, and was up against a great young fighter in his prime. With junior, it's tough for fans to accept because he didn't even come in at the originally agreed upon weight limit. Also, he was like a zombie against Canelo, even though he was weak and weight drained but he accepted the big payday.

Here's what we know about the Wbc- being a Mexican organization, they're pro mexican and will give Mexican fighters favorable treatment whenever possible. This includes title shots and made up belts that they create. This is Especially true if that Mexican can bring them $. They will also not only be dismissive of ped use (such as with Chavez Jr and Canelo), they will actually defend them and minimize the issue.

The WBC is a parasitic tapeworm and boxing is the host.

Chavez must've just blew him when he said this. Unbelievable. Here I am thinking they are going to withhold his purse, then fine and suspend him for what he did. Instead he gets celebrated.

I wonder what Sulaiman would think if Chavez Jr. wasn’t Mexican or Chavez Sr.’s son?

Why not giving him some kind of belt?😁
