    World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman was impressed with the performance from this past Friday, by former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Chavez Jr. failed to make weight for his contest with Daniel Jacobs in Phoenix, Arizona. The bout, scheduled at super middleweight, was bumped to light heavyweight on the day of the weigh-in.
