Floyd said to Margarito, "give me one win" but Margarito wont do it. What Im saying is how come everyone gets time except for Floyd? If anyone else moved into a different division then no one would go crazy about that person fighting someone like Margarito. Stop using double standards on him. E****ally Floyd because he has moved up super fast and doesnt even really belong at the weight.

I have said many times that I dont think Floyd wants to fight Margarito because he just had 2 fights against 2 small guys who were lefty's, have a totaly different style then Margarito, Floyd's weight isnt up yet, and he hasnt had one fight under the new situation without Roger. I think Floyd wants Baldy so he can have a guy who is big like Margarito, is a righty, has that come at you style like Margarito, is a real WW, it gives Floyd a extra fight to put on weight, and he will have already have had a fight without Roger so it will be comforable to him.

What if after the Baldy fight, Floyd says "now bring on Margarito if he still is bringing that money". I dont think its fair for guys to say he has to fight him yet. I bet Floyd talks differently about it after the Baldy win because he will feel much more prepared for Margarito then he is now
that's possible but then what is the point of calling him easy work and saying he hasn't fought anybody, when in essence you're saying floyd isn't ready? I just feel like floyd ducked Margarito's challenge because despite all the money on the table and the heaby criticism he recieved, he lacks that confidence he has with so many other fighters. Not to say he has been fighting **** opposition or that he won't or can't beat margarito, because he possibly could but it is less sure than with baldomir. And his opposition has been good fighters he makes looklike ****.

We're not trying to discredit Floyds skills, accomplishments, wins, talent or anything else. We simply think that he chose to take an easier fight against a less threatening opponent who just happend to stumble across the linear championship bc he got a shot at Zab Judah.

To answer the thread, Margarito is getting steady coverage in the spanish speaking media and his popularity is rising, Baldomir's following and audience would not compare to what margarito could do. Just imagine the effort arum would put into promoting this fight, look how much hard he's tried before the fight was even made.

Floyd is a undefeated fighter. What do you expect him to say? What else could he say. If he came out and said this then guys would really rip him. I think Floyd does believe that Margarito will be easy work but at this point there's still a little doubt in the back of his head but alot of it is because of himself. Thats why I said that after he beats Baldy then I think he would go hard after Margarito. I think he will still try to get a Oscar fight 1st but he still wont fight yet and then I think he will try to get a Shane fight but he will want a tuneup, and then I think he will go for Margarito quickly this time

hopefully so, i think margarito and baldi are 2 different animals but his performace would give us a clue as to how a margarito-mayweather fight would play out. I don't think it will tell too much though bc Baldi lacks the power or work rate to bother floyd.

i think floyd will not fight margarito next, he'll orobably feel it is too much of a risk considering DLH is on the horizon.
