It matters not even a little. Probably be a nice consolation prize for Kavaliauskas to have the knock down. I wish he had gotten it. But, seriously, would it matter? Crawford got caught. He was not hurt or anything. He clearly won and legit KO'd Kavaliauskas who was more than a little outclassed. If it was anything, it was a wake up call for one of the best P4P fighters to not take the man in front of him lightly.

All these clowns celebrating the a guy getting hurt in a fight he brutally ended anyways are just hanging onto anything negative lol what would it have mattered if they did count it as a kd, would it change the end result? Bud got hurt by a great opponent, and instead of trying to survive like 99 percent other fighters he returned the favor 10 times over, lol.

I thought it was a knock down but it wasnt he tossed him down. people forget the guy crawford was fighting was a 2x olympian who was undefeated, it took him time to adjust but he was getting hit too much and fighting toe to toe leaving himself open.

Every fighter coming up and challenging the champ is always an underdog, when they get the upset they become stars, even your fav fighters came up that way so whats your point? Lithuanian guy was extremely strong, built like a weightlifter yet extremely fast and with sharp counters. The fact that it was a clinch that resulted in bud goin down makes it harder to flat out call it a legit kd, even floyd been had far more clearer kds against him that didnt count against him, clean too no clinch, glove touched canvas... but i suspect u werent too up in arms about those right?
