Is lopez a legitimate opponent for lomachenko?

I'm a Loma fan but I'm seeing a lot of Loma fans ******ly saying Lopez is a joke, not a challenge for Loma, etc. These clowns will be the first one to give Loma major credit when he beats Lopez.

Loma would be the easy favorite. However, let's not forget that Vasiliy Lomachenko is not Richard Commey; He's a more versatile fighter with an overall better skill set.

In addition, so far I haven't see any wear and tear or deterioration of Vasily's skills; So we would just have to wait and see what happens. However, this kid Teofimo can punch though and all it takes is a puncher's chance.

He’s a world champ now. Once you become world champ then you have to accept that you’re ready for anything. If not, then don’t take a title fight until you are.

People usually do a 180 on fighters after lomachenko beats them to avoid giving him credit so be good to get peoples opinions in one thread before the fight.

It’s guys like you that have downplayed Lopez. You’ve claimed he isn’t worthy of fighting Loma. If Loma beats him, as he will be favored to do, guys like you will elevate him.

This is a pattern guys like you have shown. The best (or worst) example is the complete 180 you and others did on pedraza from when he fought Tank.

I am just hoping Loma shows a willingness to fight Lopez and Haney and really unify the division as he has said.

Yes, he made a big statement with this win. He is a legit opponent.

He is young, and there is no reason to think he is at his peak yet. But he has proven that he is now worthy to get in the ring with Loma.

Tbf the fair those people are saying he proved himself now against Commey by knocking him out and that he's the real deal, so he would be a good win
