However, here's the fact of the matter: Crawford resigned with Top Rank knowing it wasn't guaranteed he would get fights with any of the PBC fighters and/or it would be extremely difficult to do so. Long gone are the days of trying to manipulate the general boxing public to guilt PBC fighters into fighting him. Long gone are the days of Arum speaking down on PBC fighters and Haymon all while turning coat and practically begging for a fight to manifest. I personally don't like PBC fighters freezing him out because it robs the fans of seeing great fights and great matchups.

Bottom line: Crawford is going to have to take a long look in the mirror, take accountability, and ask himself if he's willing to spiral into irrelevancy (as it pertains to 147) while being strung along by Top Rank, or is he going to find a way to get these fights his career badly needs by any means necessary.

I really hate to see such a talent of his go to waste due to him failing to get ANY of the fights the future of his career depends on.
PBC and Top rank are working together on TWO separate fights between Wilder and Fury.

So no boxing politics isn’t an excuse here. I understand what you mean doe, but I wouldn’t want any boxer to be “Dogged” for signing for whichever promoter he choose to sign with.

Charlo is a perfect example for PBC. He has been offered one fight deals to fight someone else. He choose not to..

So yeah you can sign for whoever and we the fans shouldn’t be expecting boxers to be forced to sign for someone else.

But they would rather try and freeze him out, try to not recognise his belt and just hope he moves up.

I mean you have Mike Coppinger who is supposedly meant to be a respected journalist asking who has he fought!!! That in itself is why boxing is dying in America.

It’s ok for all these network fangirls to as those questions when they know he is being frozen out but for a journalist to take sides? Wow
I’m no fan girl of any network or fighter but let’s be real, he did himself no service by resigning with TR. Like it or not PBC has all the best fights to be made and he should have signed with that banner, weather those fights are being made or not it would have produced better results than staying with TR. Anyone signing with TR is basically asking to fight no hopers unless you can carry your weight like Fury and that’s because the heavyweight division is ****

          Crawford is 100% Correct....
His Resume' is Better than Any Welterweight Except Pacquaio...
Nobody in the Welterweight Division has been UNDISPUTED CHAMPION in Any Division with Maybe the Exception of Pacquaio....
He move up to 147 and Wins the WBO Belt and Fighters on the PBC side with Belts are Ducking him ...
That's why Ring Magazine the Bible of Boxing keeps him Ranked higher P4P than Spence... Thurman.... Pacquaio... Garcia because they know they're Ducking Crawford....
Some of You are using the Excuse of who have he Fought....
You can't fight a MoFo if they're Scared to fight you......
It's like Wilder being the Only Heavyweight Not Scared to fight Ortiz a 2nd time because Everyone Else is Ducking Ortiz.....He even pleaded on behalf of Ortiz for Fighters to stop Ducking Ortiz after he Beated him the 2nd time...

Yes TR and PBC are working on other fights. However, for some reason (it doesn't matter the reason), they refuse to at 147.

I'm not "dogging" Crawford for signing to whoever he feels comfortable with. However, he did so KNOWING it would be extremely difficult to get a PBC fight at 147. The whole world knew that. So he either was okay with that, or he/Arum thought trying to guilt fighters into taking the fight would work. It backfired terribly.

Crawford will have to accept his career coming to a virtual standstill (if he stays at 147) or he has to do something to get out of that rut.

Again, I don't agree with what PBC is doing and it's robbing fans of some great 147 matchups. But at the end of the day, Crawford can't fold his arms and pout about it like he didn't know the perils that came with resigning with Top Rank as it pertains to getting the fights at 147 his career HIGHLY depends on.

Refer to post number 12... He can sign for whoever he choose to. That excuse doesn’t work for me.

you dont think if bob arum had the pbc roster of WWs and crawford was all alone over at the pbc he wouldnt be doing the exact same thing? lol

look at the list of WW fights the pbc has made with its own guys....and they still have more they can do

why didnt arum make crawford/pac when he had them both?!?!?! kinda odd eh? yet the minute the pbc gets ahold of pac hes in with thurman and broner.....strange eh?

andddd....when wilder and the world wanted an immediate rematch(which the first result called for) top rank and fury decided to stall it for well over a year......and even then its not a done deal yet

and dont think bob didnt do this as a way to get at al haymon...he thought stalling that fight would help put a dent in wilder...but it hasnt....wilder is making money and producing highlight reel ko's
