Dillian Whyte calls out Povetkin but not Ortiz

So, Dillian Whyte has called out Povetkin to fight on the AJ undercard but not Luis Ortiz.

He has said Ortiz is old, well so is Povetkin. He said Ortiz got a KO already, Povetkin got 2 KOs and now a draw on his resume. He said Ortiz ain't fought nobody...he can't when and everyone else will duck him. Dillian Whyte is OK going with a guy that got a draw to a low-ranked Cruiserweight but not willing to fight Lius Ortiz.

    You wonder why?

Obviously, Ortiz is more skillful and can punch harder than Povetkin who barely survived an onslaught. Povetkin caught Hunter with clean shots but couldn't knock him down or out.

Why are people on this site, so dismissive of Hunter?? He's the fighter who's been most competitive with Uysk, he smashed Bakoli, smashd Ustinov and then Kuzmin too. Not forgetting his fight with Povetkin was tremendous. He's one of the rare fighters who really comes to fight in the HW division and always goes for the KO. I keep seeing people refer to him as a mid tier cruiserweight. If Uysk wasn't in the divsion, Hunter would have been the man.

And jeez why so horny for Ortiz?? Who exactly has he stopped in the last 4 years? Hunter would put that dude to work, Povetkin had the heart to fight back, I very much doubt Ortiz would.

I'm big on Hunter, I was hoping that he'd get a shot at AJ. but Briedis was Usyk's biggest challenge.

Povetkin is a more accomplished fighter and a bigger draw.

Everybody wants that matchroom payday and cry if they didnt get it.
              Ortiz is number one culprit.
He has many guys to call out in the staples and make a fight.

Spot on. Povetkin is a bigger draw.

More importantly, you perfectly well know Povetkin is not going to back down from a fight.

Ortiz? LOL, like he had the chance to fight AJ and did not.

Whyte vs Povetkin would be a terrific fight and very easy to make... two phone calls from Hearn and he gets two "Yes".

As far as Povetkin vs Ortiz... Povetkin can last 12 rounds, is more accomplished all around, bigger draw globally. Most of all, He has been featured and fought in the UK and Saudi Arabia on big AJ cards.

Ortiz vs Whyte will be big names...and they are fighting on an undercard. Wach wasn't a draw, was he?

Btw, Ortiz offered to fight Whyte on the Wilder undercard but Whyte declined. WBC mandated that eliminator and Whyte declined. Wilder offered to fight Whyte as voluntary if he passes Ortiz but Whyte declined.

As a boxing fan, I would like to see that fight. It will settle the debate once and for all if Ortiz is old and a nobody or if Whyte is the one ducking an old man.

Why didn't you mention that Whyte sent Ortiz an offer and he declined? His trainer is on video saying it.

You think Haymon would even let Ortiz fight on a Matchrrom card? He stopped Ortiz fighting Joshua even willing to lose money to do so.

Povetkin is the more proven fighter, will go down in history as a much better fighter. A much better name to have on a resume than a guy that has done nothing.
