WOW Tyson Fury looking sharp on the pads, no muscling it anymore!

Hes got his midsection turned off and hes firing properly from the hip, its great to see, esp from a big man its so so rare.

I would tell him to now turn the hip on a little longer or all the way, ive never seen him hold a hip muscle contraction longer than a micro second.

If he contracted that hip muscle (that feeling* he gets when he turns his foot) and keeps* it turned on longer with a fuller range of motion he would get more power and a more impressive punch while keeping the same speed.

I know you are not meant to do that often for safety reasons but ive never ever seen him do it once ever, not even when going full power on the bag, so that makes me think he cant do it yet.

Like his cross here. (notice how he violently changes stances, no small motion its full)

Roy using his hips ALL the way

Even pacman sometimes goes bigger on his range of motion

But most importantly if he can just maintain that speed he will be awesome. But the next level would be to turn the hip on longer for a fuller range of motion while still maintaining the purity of the punch and the lack of muscling from the midsection

He should allow his body to rotate/switch stances and turn the hip on a bit longer to do this.

(he doesn't seem to allow his body to switch stances either its like he gets stuck front on, instead of letting it slide into the opposite stance, - granted it may just be tactical)

    What do you guys think?

He better do as much road work as he did when he was highly overweight, because I think thats what got him up, (road work gives a better recovery time with a knockout)

He better meditate/focus without a single gap for 14 rounds, 1 lapse of focus and its all over. No ref will let him up on 9 this time either. Even without any lapse in focus he can get still wiped out.

Then the extra speed, power and the ability to work on skill (and not just weight loss) plus the lack of ring rust this time should all be in his favor

Is that a shoulder roll he's attempting to hide his giant noggin behind? That's a recipe for disaster. When windmillin Wilder sees that it's game over.
