Why is Joshua excused for losing to Ruiz?

It seems like everyone is back on Joshua’s d!ck after his win over Ruiz.

Why? Why is Joshua excused for losing to a guy who:

...Wasn’t ranked in the top 10 by anyone before he beat Joshua?

...se biggest win prior to Joshua was a toss up between Liakvovich or Dimitrenko

... was dropped by Top Rank a few fights ago

... has had a long history with not being in shape

I couldn’t even imagine the reaction of Wilder or Fury lost to an unranked heavyweight. They would never be forgiven.

I don't think it's being excused, more so just people living in the moment of his last fight. You saw how long the criticism lasted when he lost to Ruiz, pretty much up until the bell rang for the rematch. It doesn't erase the loss, but boxing is a "what have you done for me lately" type sport, and lately he won the rematch

Same reason Lewis is excused for losing to Rahman. Anyone can get caught and hurt in boxing by an inferior fighter. Joshua proved he's far above Ruiz.

None of that applys to AJ
He is immune criticism. Above critic. Perfect in every way. The savior of boxing. If you find a flaw in AJ then you are only insecure with yourself. We are witnessing greatness in the golden era of the HW division. There has NEVER been a more absolute pure boxer like AJ and there NEVER will be. Appreciate what you see because it will never come again.

Peace my brother and May Joshua be with you

No excuse necessary. The reason was that Joshua didn't have the combination of skill, stamina and power necessary to defeat Ruiz. Last June Ruiz really was the better fighter.

That is what made that 6 month transformation so impressive. Even if Ruiz had showed up in the same or better condition, Joshua had the technique and stamina to do what he couldn't before.

To beat a top 15 guy? Wow impressive.

                Only because he beat Joshua.

Before that he wasn’t ranked by anyone.

and? So you want to use rankings when it suits your agenda and dismiss them when it doesn't?

Lol. ONLY because he obliterated AJ the first fight. Come on now Robbie i expect better out of you. Be honest Ruiz isnt good. You just called him a vastly inferior fighter. Lets stick to it
