Is Dillian Whyte suing Boxingscene?

It is breech on confidence, both in the US and the UK. It is clearly actionable. He did not fail a test. He had an adverse analytical finding which was not considered a failed test. UKAD employ the same confidential procedure as WADA.Comment

He was cleared because he had a clear VADA tesr a couple of days before they found trace amounts. So he could not have taken a the****utic dose and it could unreasonably of only been contamination. Had Whyte not paid for VADA testing, he might have been shafted.Did he say that in the interview or something?
He tested positive for Dianabol. If it goes to court then they have power of discovery and he will have to admit that he did test positive for Dianabol....
How the *** did he get cleared? The commission just basically said yeah we believe you that you dont know how you had Dianabol in your system.. what a joke.Comment

Amongst all of the corruption in Boxing, a man pisses dirty and is then cleared of any wrong doing. We are expected to take his word that he is clean and it was not his fault. He gave the same exact speeches the previous time he got caught red-handed and served a ban. He still to this day denies the first time he was juicing, even though it was proven beyond doubt. So who are we to believe? The whole thing stinks.Comment

We can’t because it’s confidential. Just like the Whyte case was until Hauser leaked it.
Hauser was the only journalist who took the bait according to my “Sources”.
Loads of journalist were offered the same leakage but some of them refused because they knew about WADA (UKAD) confidential code.
Most of the journalist who were offered the leakage were british doe so maybe they just knew something like this could happen.
The fact that the WBC used that as an excuse to push back Whyte’s mandatory until feb 2021 is what Team Whyte are using as Hauser damaging his career. They are serving him on that basis.Comment

This is not true. He can easily file a lawsuit for defamation if there's been one single article read by more than one person, that even suggests that he's done something illegal.Comment
