              In theory it should certainly help but if he could find a way to relax in the ring, I think that would help more. Just look at Ruiz and Fury. Neither is exactly the picture of fitness but in the ring they are relaxed as they can be. Joshua on defense looks like a man being attacked by bees.

                  He looks good. I have read a lot on here about how lousy and weak he looks. What a bunch of nonsense. He looks slimmer but he was very muscular before and probably too muscular. He still looks like a very lean muscular boxer in fighting shape. He might be faster with better stamina being lighter and not so overly muscular. This boxing, not body building or weight lifting.

                    Those muscles have always been a problem, I can't recall a fighter with a hulking physique that didn't have gas tank issues. They almost always fade drastically late in fights. I'd say it would probably be better to have a bit of flab than pack on excess muscle.
