Good point. That’s why all this marination bullsh** needs to be eradicated. If AJ loses how much money has he lost out on by not fighting Wilder or Fury when his stock was high.

That sucks. I wonder if I should root for Joshua now, instead of Ruiz. But why bother? Joshua won't fight Wilder either.

I’m not sure Ruiz gets knocked the spark out by Wilder, especially since Wilder’s probably peaking now and will begin to slowly lose some of his trademark speed. Fury has shown that his best shots can be taken and got up from (keep in mind Fury doesn’t even have the best chin in the sport, only better than Wilder has faced).

Of course Wilder might get him, but Ruiz could get to him first. And he may have one or two “get ups” in his tank if and when Wilder does get to him. All this makes for a really good unification fight. That said, Ruiz shouldn’t look past Joshua, you know?

I keep hearing Wilder is a big star over there but all the numbers suggest he really isnt. Ruiz will be an unknown quantity plus he will carry more world titles than Deontay.
Why do you think Wilder can’t be a mega star in America like Tyson?

Why do you think they weren’t able to market Fury in America either even though they put him in an America cape and Mexico helmet?

Is boxing not appreciated in America anymore?

Wilder has put crazy effort in to self promotion over the last coue of years and yet his numbers remain OK at best. He's in his mid 30,s and he's half 43 fights if he ain't a mega star now he just will never be.

PPV market will never reach the crazy days of the last couple of generations, not at those prices and the ease of illegal streaming. But its still a huge market. American boxing in a bit of a lull but they had 40 years of dominance, it will come again.

Foaming at the mouth fans can be irrational, wishy washy and not to mention (but I will) hypocritical.

That Andy bandwagon is as full as it gets and it's still not enough to warrant Vegas putting that A Side stamp on him.

In a couple of days, we won't have to worry about A Side Andy.

I sink and swim on my word. I say AJ exacts revenge. Andy wasn't much to look at previous to his fight with AJ and was still ordinary until AJ got reckless. ''He has fast hand''

It's unexpected ''speed'' when you look at his shape.

Take away his so called hand speed and what's left ?

People mention his fight with Parker as if Parker is some kind of throne blocker.

IF Andy wins again, I blame Khan.

I can't recall the last time a certified A Side was the betting dog.

fury is not a big big fight as wilder has proven, and wilder didn't fight him so what are you implying? he needed to offer wilder 200 million? all these guys are already being massively overpaid in an attempt to corner the market. they aren't really worth this much. right time, right place.

Back then, I watched Parker vs Ruiz (only because Parker had a "belt") -- and I has it more like a "draw"...

... but, with this one here, the "problem" isn't Ruiz... the "problem" is Joshua himself -- and I agree that it rather is a Khan-esque situation...
