This fight is not happening next, sorry. Fury has 3 months to come up with an excuse, just like he did with the Klitschko rematch. Then Wilder will say "I had to find someone on short notice" and he fights the lowest ranked WBC top 15 guy he can find, just like when he fought Washington, Szpilka and the rest. Whyte will call him out every day for weeks but Wilder will make up excuses as to why he won't fight Whyte. If Hunter beats Povetkin, I see Wilder's team fighting him and justifying it to the ****** public. Or maybe he fights Kownacki (no defense) or Agit Kabayel but he wouldn't dare fight someone highly ranked, unless he knew he could beat him of course hahah. That's been his track record, avoid the good boxers, beat up on the ones that are easier to beat, then go around and brag that he is the best in the world. It's a con game and it's pathetic
What if Wilder-Fury 2 isn't next?

If it’s co promoted it’s not going to do big business for either side.
It would have to do 1 million PPV buys for both sides to call it a success.
I don’t think it does much more than the first fight and Fury will be making more for this one. Last time out he was considered damaged goods and they lowballed him.
If Ruiz wins the AJ rematch they may decide to hold off, have Wilder beat Ruiz and then do the fight in late 20/20 for all the titles. May make more sense in that scenario although I see AJ winning a SD against Ruiz.Comment
