Then around the 5th or 6th he will pull the trigger and end it.

I hope Ruiz wins but I can't see it. That weird punch that got AJ on the top of the head ****ed him up and he never recovered.
One punch in the right area is all it takes for anyone to win ie Rahman. I remember after that fight Foreman and others were lauding him as a great and Lewis not an elite fighter etc.

As Manny Steward once said "You don't beat world champions, win world championships and olympic medals if you are not good."
Good post...that will be the interesting thing...we've seen these types of upsets happen at HW before.

Will AJ come back and be a top 3 HW again...or will Ruiz really be the top 3 guy...just a lot of 'legacy' stuff for both guys riding on this fight.

Good corollary with Lewis-Rahman...I lean towards Ruiz in this one but wouldn't be surprised to see AJ do what Lennox did in that 2nd fight.

I see it more like Leonard Duran 2.

Joshua got ****** into trying to prove something first time around and got beaten by the better man on the night. This time around, he'll go back to his style of fighting. Ruiz is walking around right now thinking he's the best in the world... but how many rounds into the fight does it dawn on him that he's second best? And that's the point at which he falls.

      Rounds 7-9 Joshua TKO.

It's quite possible AJ can win this fight. Just do what his corner was telling him to do; Jab, jab, straight right hand. Get off first, and get Andy to back up. If he exchanges with Andy it's over.

Another thing he didn't do in the first fight was hold. If he gets hurt again, he MUST clinch and get his legs under him.

Heck, I'm about 95% confident he could jab and grab his way to victory Wlad style.

And we all know Hearn will have the ref and judges paid off for this one.

He just has to get to the final bell standing. If he avoids the exhanges, he'll probably be alright.

Literally no-one with any credibility didn't give Joshua any rounds.

If you're convinced he didn't win any rounds then you're either blinded by your dislike of Joshua or you simply don't know **** about boxing.
No matter who gave AJ the 1st, he certainly lost that round. Go re-watch and just count the meaningful punches ... who is the aggressor ... who commands the ring. It's really a no-brainer.

Unfortunately, some judges give the favorites every round they aren't dropped in, no matter whats happening. Much like some announcers and networks. A real fight fan should be able to tell what's happenig beyond the 'narrative'.

But, if you gave it to AJ, so be it. The tactics of the first helped lead to EVERYTHING that followed.

Right off the bat you just proved you know shlt about scoring fights lol.

In the first round, Joshua was having trouble with ruiz's low compact style and his footwork invading his space and comfortable punching angles.

And ruiz clearly was countering him and outlanding him with power shots.

If you gave joshua the first round, maybe stop posting.
              Spot on, I agree.

Andy didn't do much until the 3rd rd and only after he was sat down. It then took him another 4 rds to finish it.

And if you don't think Joshua will knock Ruiz out, you can even lay that bet.
People can talk big and say they know what is going to happen but when it comes to backing it up, they run scared like the OP.
Sounds like you lost a lot on that first fight, eh?

Amazing how some try to twist simple satements and concepts ... while introducing mounds of personal 'what if' imaginations to further confuse what is simple and clear. LoLoL! Hahahah! This is funny.

Anyway, ok fellas. The guy who WAS the General, and dictating the fight DID IN FACT impose his will on the fight (even over some serious misjudgng), such that NONE could deny who was the REAL GENERAL. Scorecards (thankfully) got tossed ...

This quote right here sums it up...if Joshua keeps the fight mid-range, he'll beat Ruiz every time.
