Depends on your viewpoint. Wilder is certainly not top ten p4p if one is discussing boxing skills only. However if you broaden the parameter to include "fighting skills resulting in victory" then he is definitely top ten p4p.

Fight the same guy enough and really stack those victories.

I really enjoy watching his fights but he's not in p4p list at all. No one in the heavyweight division is to be honest.

P4p doesn't make sense with HWs. I'm pretty certain they would suck at lower weights.

If you create a middleweight version of Wilder that only has huge power he is not going to beat Canelo.

Similarly, a lightweight who only brings a big right hand to the table is not going to beat Lomachenko.

That's why Deontay is not P4P.

Heavyweights have no need for the p4p rankings. The little guys can squabble over p4p. Heavyweights have no weight limit and can just go ahead and settle it in the ring.
