I think the first one I remember was watching Amir Khan boxing on ITV.

Watching Amir Khan on ITV does stand out a good bit for me, but I think I'd have to say Ricky Hatton it was a fight that was a freebie as well. Can remember nearly all of his. Bit too young to fully remember the prime Naseem fights but I was fully tuned in on his downfall.
