Williams can call Marg out all he wants, but if Marg doesn't fight him it's of no importance. Williams needs to beat Sharmba in his upcoming fight 1st. Judah is suspended, but Quintana is a good fight for Tony that can be made...but Tony will probably face Rivera, if Rivera really wants the fight.

"Clottey's main advantage is his size and that will not be an issue against Margarito." -agreed

I think Zab could be an interesting match for a few rounds, but this isn't the right fight right now. Margarito will catch the criticism that Zab is coming off of two straight losses and has the distraction of this whole child support thing hanging over his head.

All of Nevada actually, but yeah, that basically means Vegas. However, as with most suspensions, the other states usually follow suit and disallow a fighter to fight there. Larry Hazzard of Jersey is CONSIDERING letting Judah fight...but may not due to the custom of following suit with whatever Nevada's commission does.

Better fight just bad timing imo. Margarito should at least wait til Zab wins a comeback fight.

Clottey isn't an overly huge welterweight. He's very physically strong, but he isn't very tall or long armed. His main advantages would be his handspeed and athletic ability. I'd bet he could get off 2-1 against Margarito while still being able to defend himself well enough to avoid being badly hurt.

It was kind of hard to get a good feel for Clottey from that last fight because the fight was an ugly fight in general. I was lucky enough to see some of his fight with Jeff Hill...he looked better in that performance than he did here.

Anybody have Clotteys fight with Baldomir? I'm assuming no, but it'd be cool to see it.

You know what I notice about you...youll use that logic in favor of Margarito, but disregard it when it comes to Mayweather. Why do you do that? It just looks hypocritical.

I want to see that fight with Baldomr also but I think its almost impossible to get. Kellerman was saying he still hasn't seen the fight on the BAD broadcast. From what I have heard, this was a bad stoppage but the fight was filled with fouls. The undisputed part was that Clottey apparently was winning easily. Although I want to say that this means he is a decent opponent for Margarito, Baldomir just doesn't have the pop to counteract his sluggishness that Margarito does.

You just aren't paying attention. Margarito is rated number 2 in the world at 147. Ishe Smith has not fought at 147 for 2-3 years. Williams has beaten even less caliber than Cintron has. These guys are not even top 10 at 147 and do not deserve a fight with Marg just because they WANT it.

Floyd on the other hand was offered $8 million from the number 2 ranked guy...if you can't see the difference, I'm not going to try any further to show you.
