So, are they going to release the PPV numbers for the Wilder Ortiz II fight?

Not even Coppinger is coming out with some inflated nonsense. Unfortunately these numbers must be a complete embarrassment.

No dig at Wilder here these decisions were made in a boardroom somewhere. But even alot of wilders fans said they were not going to pay for that card.

Coppinger gets his info from them, he cannot put out numbers that they haven’t given him.

We all know the numbers are terrible, we knew this for two years when he claimed he was being lowballed.

They basically used Joshua’s name to build theirs, and the evidence is right in front of everyone.

They never wanted to fight anyone outside of the PBC island, the Fury fight was done due to the fact that Fury is with Warren who obviously hates their UK rivals.

When showtime tells you they are not putting their monies into this fight then you know it would be a flop, it was a fight that didn’t need to happen. He announced this fight a day before Joshua/Ruiz, to avoid questions about fighting Joshua, unfortunately for him Joshua lost.

Hopefully this would make them come down from their high horse and they better hope Ruiz wins again.

At a certain point you have to ask, why are they hiding these numbers? And even the Wilder vs Fury fight did not do 325k PPV numbers, because they were giving away tickets to the fight and it didn't even sell out. Why do they keep trying to con the public with Wilder? Why are we being force fed a guy who absolutely refuses to fight a good boxer in his prime? How can you sit and listen to a guy who turned down 120 million and unification, and then turns around and says that AJ and Hearn are running? I still don't understand how Wilder's fans are giving this chump props

I am a HW boxing fan. I am excited to see fights of both Joshua and Wilder (and Fury, only if he is fighting anyone decent which he ain't).

I'll be honest, Wilder-Ortiz was a competitive fight but not a seller. I would rather this fight were Wilder vs Kownacki, or Wilder vs Parker, or Wilder vs Povetkin.

I'd like to see Wilder against ANYONE in the top 25 or top 30. But he repeatedly refuses to fight them. Offering one excuse after another. I'm beyond tired of it. They would have never let Ali come back and not fight Frazier, yet walk around claiming he was the champion. No, you fight the best and THEN we all know who is better. But Wilder will not fight AJ, Whyte and others and runs his mouth, claiming he is the best. It's a con game. Then when he has a PPV, they hide the numbers because it's so bad.

Regarding Joshua, it is more boxing politics than anyone "avoiding" the other. Each wants a maximum slice of the money since a loss would also be a future financial loss.

I don't agree with top 25 or 30. Most of his recent fights were decent fighters, even top 10-15 contenders at the time of the fight...Ortiz, Breazeale, Washington, Stiverne, Spzilska, etc.

Washington was 41st when they fought
Stiverne was unranked the last time they fought
                    Szpilka was 24th
                    Molina was 37th
                    Duhaupas was 34th
I could go on and on but I'm hoping you are smart enough to see what the numbers say. Wilder is a bum beating fraud who runs from real boxers

That's 10 days now and no PPV or live gate numbers. They will never release them will they?
