Comments Thread For: Deontay Wilder-Luis Ortiz II: Afterthoughts

As far as power goes, it's undeniable at this point. Deontay Wilder is part of their fraternity when it comes to hitting the showers early. In his last four fights, it would be hard to fill up one hand with the number of rounds Wilder has won where he didn't score a knockdown or knockout. He has scored the former in all but two fights in his career. A pair of knockdowns saved him, on the official scorecards, from his first loss last year against Tyson Fury.

A lot of "Ruiz" and "Ortiz" typo mix ups here...
Sort it out, maybe try proofreading the article?
    Otherwise an interesting article

Makes the heavyweight scene more interesting though - we can probably have Ortiz vs Ortiz and Ruíz vs Ruíz as well now. Apparently.

Ortiz won't be an option for AJ if the latter reclaimed the belts; that ship has sailed. He lost his chance, especially now that he had lost twice to the same fighter. The writer failed to factor in the possibility of the belts splitting up in the first half of next year. Those IBF guys don't mess around. I foresee three champions sometime next year ("lineal champ" not included)

A few errors in article. Wilder didn't fight Ruiz, or is there another Ruiz, and Wilder does want to win his fights, just not worried about winning all rounds.

Well, if Ortiz beats Ortiz, and Ruiz beats Ruiz, then we may see the winners fighting each other. What then happens to the losers? Now I'm confused.

Tyson Fury would agree with this analogy, he wants to be in Hollywood so bad. Gypsy-Bum briefly escaped the 12th and now believes he is one of the lucky ones, think again. The loudmouth always gets it in these slasher films.

No way does Tyson go 24 rounds with the 'Bronze-Bomber' and survives, 12 down ; 12 more to go, RUN TYSON!

When Wilder moved up his level of competition with the first Ruiz fight, there were still skeptics
                What Ruiz fight???

Imagine if Bermane or Breazeale are available? We can make believe they have a chance and then, later, we'll talk about P4P.

The losers will just fight each other for less money.
