force is equal to mass x acceleration.. but punching power is still more complicated..

some guys, like Meldric Taylor had fast hands, but they were not heavy, and were slapping.. he did not punch trough his power zone.. Chavez sr.. punched hard, so did a lot of guys, like Julian Jackson, speed, and instantaneous power, boom.. it is called pop.. you gotta have pop.. Paulie, does not have pop.. Pac has pop..

i am sure Billablu knows more about this than I do. but it comes down to a lot of factors, it is maybe related to baseball power hitters too.. some guys swing a fast bat, and get on base, with more regularity.. low home runs, usually.. other guys, get on base less, but if they connect, that ball goes far, sometimes the bat breaks.... or cracks..

Considering that you spend a lot of time knelt between them, you would know

Punching, like most swinging or throwing athletic movements, is a kinetic chain from the floor to the target. You’re not squatting 500lbs or running the 100m, you don’t need strong legs per se. Punching power is mostly generated by a twisting motion...the feet are the anchors to create torque.

Your mom spends her time with her face between my thighs, receiving the power from my big c 0 c k. Then I split her open like a piñata.

It's just a base. Something to push off. Nothing to do with power in your legs.

Would you rather bench press with a bench against your back or while you're hovering over the edge?

This. Many fans don’t know the benefits from elite level boxers whose techniques are granted from being planted, heavy legs. Tyson, Canelo, Ruiz Jr., Foreman, Pacman, Ryder, Prograis... these guys have big stumps, legs, stocky. Graviti, basically holding down all the weight let’s boxers whale heavy thudding blows. The bench press is a great analogy.

Technique plays a big role. You need to know the science for throwing the most impactful blows. The you’ve got boxers whom throw haymakers and connect. Floyd was a master with carrying weight, shots, from his whole body and could rattle any opponents. That was because of technique. Floyd and Marquez had scrawny legs, but their upper weight was really really strong; technique.
