Smith looks only marginally better on his best performances than Benavidez does on his worst.

This was a very close fight with no clear winner.The scores should have been 1 or 2 points either way.

I am so upset with this decision. Decisions like this make boxing seem like professional wrestling where the outcome is predetermined before the match.Ryder fought his heart out and was a clear winner and these scores for Smith 117-111, 116-112,116-112 really show the blatant corruption in boxing Eddie Hearn and the judges should be embarrassed.

It's not a matter of style, it's a matter of size. Smith really struggled with the smaller man. Canelo would have learned a lot about Smith from this fight and will exploit what he saw.

Smith would probably lose the same way Liam Smith did... Livershot and he ain't getting up from.

Just checked the boxing news live score card and they had it 117-111 for Ryder

A complete robbery. I had Ryder winning by 4 to 5 rounds. The scores when announced I thought Ryder was going to win since I had him winning won 116 to 112 and could not believe those wide scores went for Smith. You can hear the fans booing. You have to believe the fix was in.

Man Hearn said it was a VERY close fight. Did he not hear the judges scorecards??? They only gave Ryder three rounds???

Canelo has far better head movement than Ryder and more tricks to his game than Smith. No way does Smith beat Canelo. I see Plant, Benavidez, and Ramirez all beating Smith. He has no inside game, not hard to hit, very little head movement. He was exposed tonight by a VERY, VERY limited fighter.
