Ahoy there Mr. Al B Haymon you should never be your own defense attorney... The why is coming... pay attention.
So... we can agree Wilder and Fury had just fought each other to a draw. Hopefully you aren’t that delusional to say no.
Then you point out that Fury needed a tune up coming out of that fight, couldn’t fight on PPV and we all know half the tickets were comped as the sales were deplorable for both time ups.
But using your bizarro world of bias perspective, you are now trying to make it seem like out of the two Wilder underperformed?
So... because Wilder did not need a tune down to the 40th power, because he had successful PPV’s, because he is fighting the best competition you some how see him as the under producer?
Wilder has defended his belt against 10 consecutive top 10 fighters and you are saying he should be more popular?
Fury has been around longer and dethroned one of the longest reigning champions. He has personality and complexion. What’s holding him back? Maybe it’s his garbage match ups and variable work ethic?
You sound incredibly biased. Easy work for me, you made 90% of my case for me with your garbage spin.
Btw- Isn’t Tyson going to the WWE? Sounds like that dude is more thief than killer. Not only is he quitting once again after he received an Otto whoopin, he also gets credit for stealing ESPN’s money.
Beat it bumski you make no sense. Con Voyage ****a!!!Comment

Yep Wilder, is killing it... but what about you bro?
You seem to be stinking up the thread? I am handling four of y’all bun boys at once.
You bowing out, cause the content is definitely lacking?
Where are your points brother?
LMAO...Looks like you are Fury in the Wallin fight just trying to survive? Gees it’s hard on these Boxingscene streets?Comment

Lmao, have to respect them they have one of the toughest jobs on Earth. Those Hearn sound bytes have more holes than all of Arizona’s golf courses.
I could have just said “speak the truth,” and shut these fools up. They lucky I needed to eat the time of response gave them a slight glimmer of hope. Appreciate you bro!!!Comment

TKO of Bryant Jennings. He was a top fighter at the time, had one loss and the great Vlad Klitschko has just went the distance.
As importantly... he has the best Olympic pedigree at Heavyweight and was highly competitive against the number ONE Heavyweight in Wilder. The one man brave enough to actually fight him.
I also want to shout out the guys who ducked him as this is the reason you bums lean on the idea a guy 31 & 1 with 26 KO’s guys Hasn’t fought anyone...
The wall of Matchroom shame includes a line of ducks from Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, Dillian Whyte and Big Baby Miller.
Each one has fought easy fights but some how pretend King Kong destroying better fighters is not good enough to fight...GTFOH with that weak sh@t.Comment

I personally can't wait for the fight and I think it's excellent! However in trying to remain objective, I think it's at least fair to offer my opinion.
Ortiz was never an Olympian, so I don't know how he can have the best Olmypic record? Infact he played second fiddle to a HW called Odlanair Solis (the dude who pulled out mid fight with a knee injury). It was Solis who won Olympic gold and almost all of the Cuban championships, World championships etc. I think Ortiz won the cuban once? (In 05 or 06 maybe) But mostly claimed bronze and silvers.
As far as ducking goes - well neither you nor I really have any proof, besides what people say. I am 100% convinced that Ortiz will tell you Whyte ducked him, however I am equally sure Whyte would claim the very same. The only fact we really have, is that Ortiz's team declined a fight with AJ, for what sounds like a promise of more money vs Wilder. Can we at least agree that AJ doesn't belong on your list of ducks? Ortiz's manager is on record to confirm the offer and Ortiz himself is on record with being angry at never being told of the offer.
We can like a fighter, or even a network - but that doesn't mean we need to be blind to the few truths we do know.
To re-iterate, I love watching Wilder fight, he's one of my favorites actually. And while in all honesty - I do not think Ortiz is worth anything close to the reported 10m he's being paid, i'll still be tuning in and have watched every piece of media I can find on the fight

Important to remember that you're justifying him as being the number two heavyweight here... Based on...TKO of Bryant Jennings. He was a top fighter at the time, had one loss and the great Vlad Klitschko has just went the distance.

1. Beating Bryant Jennings four years ago
2. His Olympic pedigree (note: it doesn't exist, he never fought at the Olympics).
3. Being 'competitive' in a loss to Wilder.
Is that a strong argument for him possibly being the second best heavyweight in the world?Last edited by Toffee; 11-20-2019, 04:29 AM.Comment
