No, Froch never did a job in anyone remotely as good as those two. Frochs best win was Bute, the same guy Golovkin knocked spark out through a head guard years earlier. Funny how stopping Martin Murray in 11 makes you no threat to Froch, since Murray took Groves the distance and George certainly was a threat. Theres no logic in that head of hes.

Froch is a bit of a tool, theres no doubt about that, but he would give both of these two a war. Froch vs GGG would have been a brilliant fight while a fight with Canelo would be interesting. Froch would at least throw hard combinations, something which Kovalev didnt do.

That said, Golovkin and him would’ve put on a classic war for the ages where Ggg gets the victory!

Canelo would dissect him and get a late stoppage, way too explosive and smart for Froch to beat!

Would’ve loved to watch both fights!
As a Canadian I can admire that he travelled here to beat our overhyped Bute like a drum. It’s a boxers prerogative to predict victories in mythical matchups. I agree, Froch could put sum damage on a prime ggg even, but would lose. Nelos defence makes him look bad while his flashy fast combos outshine him at the same time. Still I could see Froch survive to lose wide enough on the cards. Nelo is the Pope.

Prime GGG beats Froch every time, but in compelling battles. Canelo would cruise to a ud as his style and skill set is all wrong for Froch. The Cobra has reached an almost Amir Khan level of delusion. Let's not forget George "broken ribs in sparring" Groves gave the cobra a beating in the first fight until Froch tag-teamed in Howard Foster.

Two things. Successfully Retired fighters really resent the fighters who were a significant reason for why they retired. It hurts their ego and pride but they won't admit it. Second, Brits have had some of the most overconfident boxers around. Lennox, Calzaghe, Froch, Joshua etc.
