he earned at least 7 from the fury fight....breazeale was guaranteed 10....hes not taking less than that for a guarantee for ortiz 2(dazn helped raise wilders minimum).....so we can call it 27 if you want....ill round it to 30....

and yes back end money does mean something....its known that the major pbc guys get sidechecks....bonus checks..."back end money".....at most im willing to say wilder earned an extra 3 mil on top of his 4 guarantee for fury....is that fair to say? or am i being unreasonable and giving you an astronomical figure? i think 3 on top of the 4 is fair to call it 7? would you agree or am i talking "crazy" to you?

Wilder made 2 mill in 3 fights since he turned down DAZN. Bad move. Ellerbe got $ cause Floyd kept winning. Other than that he's useless.

I don’t care about who he signs with but I’ve been watching the HW division since I was a teenager in the late 80s during the Tyson era & in my opinion he is in great hands working with Shelly Finkel. That man has help guide the careers of Mike Tyson & the Klitschko brothers in an advisory role. He isn’t getting advice from some inexperienced dud.

How was that a smart move?
How? Ruiz/Joshua was already signed, as would Wilder/Ortiz. If wilder signed that offer, Joshua would still he rematching Ruiz in Saudi Arabia while Wilder would be fighting...Chisora this weekend?

                  The Ellerbe School of Bidness

Leonard says all this yet the Ortiz fight is struggling to sell - with some tickets being 'reduced' from $500 to $100. Ellerbe is right when he says the DAZN placed a ceiling on his earnings - that ceiling was $120m for four fights. It also placed a floor under his earnings - and that floor was $120m for four fights. Deontay's business sense puts him in the basement.

IKR? There’s so many millionaires in here trying to say how dumb a multimillionaire boxer is for turning down a deal. Damn maybe I’m in the wrong forum. Did I accidentally happen upon the Fortune 500 club website by chance?

I laugh at the low IQ posters in here squabbling about money that all will not see in several lifetimes. Then to offer an opinion about said money talking trash about someone that will make more in 30 minutes than what they’ll see in many lives is rich. Maybe it’s to feel better about their own pathetic existence and a life of abject failure? This is why boxing has become a laughingstock. Its so called “fans” are some of the most ignorant people you’ll ever come across; save a few.

At what point do you idiots wake up and realize Wilder is a total complete protected counterfeit fraud hoax pretender? AT WHAT POINT???!!!

agree, most people say wilder stayed with pbc because he's loyal. imo wilder has been protected for a long time. dude takes no risk. even the fury fight wilders people fought he was goin to bull rush him cause fury had been off for so long, and look what happen.
