In this case, he and Joshua make over $40 million each, while Ruiz only gets $10 million.

You have no problem with Eddie Hearn making more than the winner of the first fight?
Eddie Hearn fails to make big fights .. now that's funny! If Haymon had as much initiative and imagination as Hearn, Wilder would be a billionaire by now!

I have no idea how much Eddie himself is making from the rematch, and I couldn't care less. Andy Ruiz will make more money from his 2 fights with AJ than he could have dreamed of making from his next 10 with Haymon and PBC. And if he wins the rematch he's a global star and free to defend his 3 belts wherever he likes for even more money.

Molina ranked 37th when Wilder fought him. DuHaupus 34th. Szpilka 24th. Arreola 43rd. Wahington 43rd and Stiverne was unranked for the rematch. You were saying??..

Why do you care about what Joshua makes, but not Hearn? As I said, Ruiz was desperate so he signed the contract, fully realizing he was being taken advantage of. Tyson Fury said it best (TIMESTAMPED):

At the time they fought the WBC champion, Molina, Duhaupas, Szpilka, Arreola and Stiverne were fighters ranked in the top 10-15. If you look at their ranking now, they would obviously be ranked much lower.

That's strange, because all I was reading here before the rematch was signed was crazy stuff about Hearn being desperate because Haymon had played him for a fool, the contract had a loophole, A side Andy and Uncle Al were calling the shots, blah blah blah ...

This isn't about Haymon. This is about Hearn making the same amount of money as the loser of the first fight and 4 times more than the winner. Most people would see this as objectionable: a way to deprive Ruiz of his fair share. Hearn gets the $40 million site fee, Joshua pockets $40 million, and Ruiz only gets $10 million.
