The idea that a random guy with a needle showed up is insane.

They showed up to test him and he refused.

Some random guy with a needle shows up asking you to give him your blood, I'd tell him to fck off too.

TH'S article struck a nerve, one thing found to be odd was the lack of direct quotes from the decision makers, just sources close to both sides. I believe TH blew the situation up without letting on he intended too, that was intentional, the NVSAC sh/t itself when it read this, I have rarely seen them threaten a promotional firm in this fashion, only when straight up crime is involved.

Which this is technically, however, Hearns lawyers can get around it, the AG is not going to spend tax dollars punishing a company that will generate untold amounts of money for the city of vegas in the next few years.

This is a big nothing, NV cant bite the hand that feeds them.

Hearn is being ****** if he thinks the NSAC is bluffing. There is too much going on in boxing that is contrary to the Ali Act. It's about time someone enforced the rules. I really don't know how he thought moving the venue would go unnoticed. He's come out in the past and publically said if fighters don't sign with DAZN they won't get a fight with DAZN fighters. Meanwhile his fighter Andrade can't get the top fighters in the ring.

If Matchroom gets banned from Vegas.. you can kiss their American ventures goodbye.

I really wish we did not care about Chavez JR. What is Jacobs doing worrying about him? Get another opponent.

I think the situation of Jacobs and Charlo was slightly different if I'm understanding it right. Jermall had signed a whereabouts agreement so was obligated to be where he said he would be and available for testing. Under the NAC enhanced testing protocols which fall outside of the CPB or fight contracted testing they just come round to where they think you are but if you ain't there they can't do shart cos you never said you'd be there.

Chavez Jr was straight caught **** to rights I think, and his only defense appears to be some guff about them having not showed him any ID, which is reasonable if true but just sounds vastly unlikely, and frankly is probably gonna come down to the credibility Junior's word...... which probably doesn't bode well for him.

Eddie Hearn getting in hot water. He really doesn't understand the American market.
