He was willing to take a drug test less than a week later, and is willing to be tested now. The fight still over a month away. I don't understand how the commission expects the fighter to know they are mandated to be drug tested even if no fight has been signed.

Charlo and Jacobs didn’t inform the testing agency they wouldn’t be in town. The testing agency showed up and they weren’t in town.

A testing agent showed up to collect a sample from Chavez and he just refused a test. It wasn’t a miscommunication of location, he refused the test.
