Yeh, if SRR were alive today; I'd love him to face the current crop of welters: Crawford, spence, and porter would WORK that old dude.

Your very ignorant, how would Fluid IVayweather pull up after fighting 22 times in one year, 15 rounders, he needed an IV and a manicure, imbecile

Funny thing is those pre 2000 fighters were all on the juice legally but people talk like the regular joes of boxing today are so much worse. "Blah blah blah my favorite fighter from the past could go 15 rounds while on *******".

Kid Chocolate, Luis Ángels firpo were beasts.

This is a terrible thread reeking of ignorance.

Boxing before the 1950s was also more challenging and a different culture from fighters much less men of today. Men of Today are feminized betas that act entitled just like this thread and it’s creator.

A more active time for fighters, fighters of today wouldn’t have survived the demand of the 1900’s

Show respect to yesterday’s greats, many specifically in the lower weights were sights to see.

I see your points..but man a lot of those guys fighting then were literally amateurs...in the sense that they didn't box/train full-time...they almost all had other jobs that helped to pay the bills.

OP mad that he’s just not knowledgeable. You don’t like the sport enough and that’s fine but why the need to act like your ignorance is fact and pout and protest because people know more and care more than you?

This bro, anyone can get a 100-0 record if they're fighting legit cab drivers, or uber drivers as they are now called.

Or those same era boxers with today's training and diet WOULD DESTROY this era.... Your argument goes both ways.

A fighter of today say like Shakur Stevenson looked like a welter weight rather than a featherweight we need to go back to the days of same day weigh in these joker pack on 20 pounds after the weigh in
