TBRB are the most respected ratings. Nobody can accuse them of being biased because their owners have certain fighters under contract like RING and ESPN.

Less than 2 years after he tested positive for PEDs.

I respect the TBRB immensely but what does it say when they don’t penalize Canelo’s cheating?

His resume and accomplishments are absolutely deserving of the top spot. His clear cheating should be noted with an asterix or something.

Stop it. It wasn't clear he was cheating, in fact the experts at WADA even said it was likely contamination. They know more than you. WADA has even changed their rules, now Canelo wouldn't have even had a positive under their new rules. WADA have acknowledged their threshold was wrong and innocent people were being flagged. Time for you to drop your hate.

Actually it was clear he was cheating, which is why he was suspended.

That the threshold has been recently changed doesn’t in any way mitigate any positive prior to the change.

In fact, the change should raise more su****ion in the the wbc, a sanctioning body headed by a Mexican, made these changes in light of all the recent positives by Mexican fighters. But that is another discussion.

There is no hate in my post. Canelo tested positive and imo the TBRB should note that next to his ranking.

            If you disagree, fine.

I'm waiting for ESPN'S P4P list. Have they updated it yet?

Meh, TBRB is just as **** as Ring, ESPN, Boxrec, CBZ, BN, or BM.

That's why TBRB's HW is vacant while Cliff of both TBRB and BS has this:

                Heavyweight (201 lbs.-Unlimited)

                Lineal Champion: Tyson Fury (28-0-1, 18 KO); won 11/28/2015, UD12 W. Klitschko

Lineage Descends From: Wladimir Klitschko RTD9 Ruslan Chagaev 06/20/2009

Transnational Boxing Rankings Board (TBRB): Declared open 10/18/2016 based on announced retirement of Tyson Fury

Ring: Vacant; vacated 02/01/2018 based on inactivity of Tyson Fury

                WBA (Super): Andy Ruiz (33-1, 22 KO, 0 Defenses); won 06/01/2019, TKO7 A. Joshua

                WBC: Deontay Wilder (41-0-1, 40 KO, 9 Defenses); won 01/17/2015, UD12 B. Stiverne

                IBF: A. Ruiz (0 Defenses); won 06/01/2019, TKO7 A. Joshua

                WBO: A. Ruiz (0 Defenses); won 06/01/2019, TKO7 A. Joshua

                Sub-Title Recognitions

                WBA: Manuel Charr (31-4, 17 KO, 0 Defenses); won vacant 11/25/2017, UD12 A. Ustinov

WBA (Interim): Trevor Bryan (20-0, 14 KO, 0 Defenses); won vacant 08/11/2018, TKO4 B. Flores

Previous Lineal Champion: Wladimir Klitschko (2009-15)

Consecutive Title Defense Record - Lineal: Joe Louis – 25

Current Lineal Champion – Defenses: 4

Consecutive Title Defense Record – N/WBA: Joe Louis - 25

Consecutive Title Defense Record – WBC: Larry Holmes - 16

Consecutive Title Defense Record – IBF: Wladimir Klitschko - 18

Consecutive Title Defense Record – WBO: Wladimir Klitschko - 14

                right here:

Not even TBRB members agree with TBRB. Not even founders. Cliff/BoxingScene seems the most fair, honest, and historically accurate so far, to me. I'll be keeping my **** in house.

WADA made the changes. They made the changes because innocent people were failing tests, yes it does mitigate Canelo's test, he would not have failed under these rules. If the experts on PEDs can admit they were wrong and up the threshold then you that know very little should accept it. Canelo failed test was very likely to contaminated meat. It's impossible to come to the conclusion that he was "CLEARLY CHEATING" only a hater would do so.

Dunn, you're my boy and all. But in Canelo's case the amounts found in his system were very small and consistent with meat contamination.

He never failed a test before or since. And immediately got on 24/7/365 VADA afterwards.

I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt more so than some of these other blatant cheats.
