Yet another reason boxing can't win in America.

It's the only sport that starts at times that everyone is asleep

There needs to be some sort of universal time that fights happen where it's reasonable for people on both sides of the Atlantic.

    My suggestion would be

    6PM East Coast America Time

    11PM London Time

    8AM Tokyo Time

Maybe an hour or 2 one way or the other.

In 20 years, we'll remember Canelo as a really good fighter who waited for GGG to get old, was a drug cheat, & who got decisions he didn't deserve at least 3 or 4 times.
Yeah having a fights still going on until 1-2 in the morning is silly. Ppl have jobs and family. Westcoast we can at least throw parties and watch fights but I could just imagine going to friends house and staying that late??? I have friends back East and most just watch the fights alone or with wives/GFs

I’m surprised no article written about the WBC allowing Clen and gave Canelo the full pardon???

WeBeCanelos Bi@tch keeps looking worse and worse...

Exactly what I was going to write.
Rigo might be more skilled but he lacks heart that Inoue has in droves.

Had a busy work day, just watched the fight now.

Man, this fight really exceeded expectations! Fan of both, bigger fan of Donaire and glad he put on a great fight even though he lost. He tested the young lion Inoue and showed so much heart and never stopped trying to win.

Inoue has a great future. Look forward to his next fights coming up. He needed someone like Donaire to test his chin, heart, and ability to fight a hard 12 rounds. The shots he took from Donaire would have ended lesser fighters. Inoue is the real deal.

Fights like this are the reason why boxing is the best sport ever. Inoue is top a p4p fighter and Donaire belongs in the Hall of Fame in the near future.

Absolutely. I suffered afterward, but was definitely worth it

Damn there's no doubting the chins of these men, I lost count of how many bombs both landed. Both are among the biggest punchers anywhere near Bantamweight as well.
Big props to Donaire, he proved me at least partially wrong. I thought that he'd be dangerous early but his age would show after the mid-point, and he ended up having his strongest portion of the fight around then. Inouye easily silenced any doubts over an untested chin and heart as well, the lad has plenty of both.
One card was too wide again though, the commissions really have to start knuckling down on this.

Donaire looked a bit soft unlike most other fighters that go up and down in weight. I thought that was interesting since he's a clean fighter.
