I agree 100%. As good as Canelo is, he's not as much better than his rivals as Roy Jones was before he bulked up 2 weight levels to win a HW title - and Roy was never the same once he went back down. If Canelo can fight a top rival at 160 again without looking weakened or losing a step I'd be impressed.

Bivol is a good option however the longer Alvarez stays at a heavier weight, especially 175, the harder it's gonna be for him to get back down to 160.
Looking at him at the weigh-in, it appeared that making 160 is primarily through a "water cut" anyway, which probably explains the gassing at that weight.

When I saw the weigh in I figured it was gonna be '68 or catchweights from then on.

He should fight Plant at 168. That's a good fight.

168 makes the most sense. Charlo and GGG can come up while Bivol is small enough to come down.

            They also have Smith, Zurdo,

I know Bob is working with GB again but I don’t expect Bob to give up in Zurdo yet...

I expect it to be GGG Cinco De Mayo 2020

Not enough name recognition??? No one knew who he was 1-2 years ago.

These guys need to step up and start knocking each other off and give Canelo no choice!

He’s also a CW! Name one fight where he was the smaller man???

That last fight he looked much, much bigger than the nail.

Why don’t Charlo and Andrade fight??? Didn’t Jacobs punk Charlo???

I wish ppl like you weren’t such hypocrites!!!

You admit Charlo and Andrade been same division forever and keep moving up but won’t fight each other??? Why don’t you call that ducking????
