I'm not suggesting that because he beat Tarver that means he'd beat Jones... no... I'm saying because he humiliated Tarver for 12 straight rounds is why he'd embarass Jones.

And with Jones' glass jaw... he'd eat a few straight rights and be staring up at the lights from a LHW Hopkins' power.

you know that he already beat BHop, and easy at that. and for those who say he wasn't in his prime, thats BS, because BHOP didn't loose again until Taylor. The truth is he is and will never be as good as Roy

i would give roy a much better chance against hopkins then say a rematch with johnson. styles make fights, and it seems that roy has the most trouble with high pressure fighters. he doesn't fight off the ropes as well as hopkins does.

Jones'c chin hasn't changed, BHop couldn't ko him before. Even now Rjj is much quicker the Hopkins. Styles make fights so hopkins beating Tarver has nother to do with Hopkins beating Roy

roy jones would beat B Hop. I'm sorry to say. Hopkins can't deal with a speed fighter like jermain Taylor.

God, I don't even dislike Roy but I wish Prince Abujabu wouldn't ko'd him into next century so I wouldn't have to read this mindless nuthugging bull****. They fought earlier in their careers.

Hopkins did something Roy never did though... evolve as a fighter. The Hopkins of today is nothing like the young Hopkins. Oh, and there's no way Jones won easy. He won the fight obviously, but by no way was it even close to a blowout.

Roy didn't have an "easy" time with hopkins. You need to watch the fight again if you think that. Hops didn't lose again but he was dropped twice by an average fighter like Segundo Mercado only a year or two later. He definitely wasn't in his prime, but Roy wasn't exactly there either.
