It was the night Boxing submitted like a B#TCH to the UFC, boxing looked pathetic last night waiting for the UFC to finish because they knew they couldn't win going head to head with the UFC. UFC has surpassed boxing in the US, yet some fans are still in denial about it. Also UFC just had the better and more entertaining card from start to finish! I hope no boxing event is going against UFC December 14th Card because that will be another L for boxing from the UFC, that card will be even more stacked

December 14 is Commey vs Lopez and Crawford on ESPN or ESPN plus

Canelo Kovalev fight was a complete snoozer that people had to wait over an hour for.

I think it was a nice move to show the Masvidal/Diaz fight. I know there's boxing fans that don't watch MMA and vice versa, but it was clear that UFC 244 was a big enough threat to DAZN's showing last night that they postponed the main event. They understand that there is a considerable chunk of the fan base that also enjoys MMA. So that was a smart move imo. The whole Dana White beef with Oscar, man that has to end. It's petty. Just forgive and move on. Life's too short to be dwelling on these issues. Besides, you waste more energy hating someone than simply not caring at all or liking them.

I'm disgusted with the management over at DAZN. They have a great model, they are showing tremendous bouts in the past and in the near future, but they are going to kill the golden goose with some of their moves. The announcers suck. The production is minor league. And they took it up the poop shoot by delaying the main event last night.

DAZN are lucky they have Eddie Hearn and his great stable of fighters, which gets bigger and better every month.

I was at the Canelo Kovalev fight. I feel like this article and Dana White’s comments are really sensationalizing the “restlessness” at the MGM.

I think maybe the crowd lost a little steam but I thought them showing the UFC fights was a nice gesture considering the fact that we were waiting for the fight to finish up.

The delays also gave us good opportunities to walk around and see all the dime pieces and grab drinks and all that.
